Property Assessment & Estimate
Turf-MD begins by scheduling a visit to the property to review the home or business, roofline, landscaping, electrical access, and the areas the customer would like decorated. Customers may also provide inspiration photos or examples of lighting styles they like.
Most estimates are provided within approximately 48 hours after the property evaluation.
Custom Lighting Design
Turf-MD creates a lighting design based on the property and the customer’s preferences. Available colors include warm white, cool white, and multicolor, with lighting options for rooflines, ridgelines, shrubs, walkways, palm trees, columns, and other suitable areas.
Customers receive a digital mockup and approve the design before Turf-MD moves forward with installation.
Professional Installation
Once the design is approved, Turf-MD installs the display using commercial-grade C9 low-voltage lighting and professional installation materials.
Most installations take approximately one to two days, depending on the size and complexity of the property. Customers do not necessarily need to be home as long as Turf-MD has the required access. Installation dates may shift because of weather or scheduling conditions.
Timers & Seasonal Maintenance
Turf-MD provides photocell and digital 24-hour timers, allowing customers to choose when their lights turn on and off.
If a light goes out or another issue develops with the installed system, Turf-MD will address it as quickly as possible. Normal seasonal maintenance is included, with no stated limit on service visits.

Holiday lighting costs vary based on the size and complexity of the display, including rooflines, landscaping, number of stories, access, and design details. Your custom quote includes the lights, professional installation, seasonal maintenance, removal, and storage.
- Every holiday lighting project is custom priced based on the size and complexity of the display. Factors can include the amount of roofline lighting, number of stories, roof difficulty, trees and shrubs, design complexity, equipment requirements, property access, and travel distance.
- Your custom quote includes the lighting materials, professional installation, normal seasonal maintenance, removal, and storage.
- A 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due approximately two weeks before the scheduled installation date. Turf-MD accepts cash, check, ACH, and credit cards. Credit-card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
